Checkout is securely hosted by Shopify. You can pay with major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay; further options such as Klarna may be offered depending on your country. The methods available to you are always shown at checkout.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been passed to our supplier for fulfilment, changes may not be possible.

We ship to Italy, the United States, Germany, France, Spain and Canada, and standard shipping is free. A few products ship only to Italy and the United States: checkout tells you before you pay if an item cannot be shipped to your country. Orders to Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged on delivery.

Standard shipping is free to every country we ship to. Your shipping options are always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Some products come in several versions, such as colour, size or plug type. We only show the versions that can be delivered to your country (for example EU plugs for Italy, Germany, France and Spain, and US plugs for the United States and Canada). The Christmas Laser Projection Light is for indoor use only.
